We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return to allow skin cells to renew and produce the results of the good skincare actions for the last 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be accompanied with the receipt, the condition may be used or unopened. .
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rainaskinlux.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1200 Brickelle Ave, Suite 1950 #1294, Miami 33131.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and R A I N A Skin Lux reserves the right to require a government-issued physical ID for any returns, and to limit returns if there’s reason to suspect misuse of our policy, such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud. All returns are subject to validation and approval at R A I N A Skin LUX's discretion.
Further Refund Restrictions:
- Single-use coupons used in the original purchase cannot be returned.
- Coupons, special offers, and R A I N A Skin Lux Rewards™ points are not valid toward prior purchases. You may not return product(s) for the purpose of repurchasing and applying a coupon, special offer and/or R A I N A Skin Lux Rewards™ points.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- For products purchased using online payment services (e.g., PayPal, After Pay) or any of our pay later providers you will be refunded to your preferred credit card, debit card, or issued a merchandise credit when you return in store.
- If the original purchase was made with an gift card, R A I N A Skin Lux our refund will be issued as a new R A I N A Skin Lux gift card.
- Returns with a gift receipt made within 60 days of original purchase date can only be exchanged for a different product of equal or lesser value or returned for a merchandise credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customers who are dissatisfied with their purchases may return them within 45 days of purchase with the original receipt, or can be confirmed using Rewards member ID, and obtain a full refund in the original manner of payment.
All sample purchases are final.
